WhatSweep

Project Goal

WhatSweep addresses the common problem of cluttered WhatsApp media folders filled with study materials, memes, and irrelevant content. The app intelligently identifies and organizes study-related content while removing unnecessary files.

By leveraging on-device machine learning, WhatSweep ensures user privacy while providing accurate content classification. The app helps students maintain organized digital study spaces without manual effort.

Technical Implementation

Custom ML Model: Trained a custom TensorFlow Lite model specifically for identifying educational content, study materials, and academic images.

On-Device Processing: Implemented Google's ML Kit for efficient on-device image classification, ensuring privacy and fast processing without internet dependency.

Smart Organization: Developed algorithms to categorize content into study materials, notes, diagrams, and other academic categories.

File Management: Created automated file organization system that safely moves relevant content to organized folders while managing duplicates and cleaning unnecessary files.
